A company started at the scene of a crash
Iris Mobility was founded in Richardson, Texas by three friends who witnessed a pedestrian crash firsthand — and couldn't stop asking why nothing had seen it coming. The patterns were there: the near-misses, the speeding, the drivers who never yielded. Nobody was watching.
Today, that conviction powers two products built on one perception engine: a traffic intelligence platform helping cities reach Vision Zero, and a mobile surveillance trailer protecting the places fixed cameras can't. We're already working with cities across Texas and beyond.
Safety before surveillance
We build to prevent harm — crashes, theft, intrusions — not to punish people. Our city product is deliberately non-punitive: no tickets, no fines.
Perception with judgment
Our cameras don't just record. On-device AI classifies what it sees, reasons about what matters, and acts in seconds — day or night.
Evidence over footage
Hours of unwatched video help nobody. We deliver structured records, reports, and exports that engineers, insurers, and courts can actually use.
